What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard and expedited shipping options for most locations. However, for
customers residing in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland,
Channel Isles, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight, shipping costs will be charged
based on the weight of the order. Please note that additional charges may apply
for these areas due to logistical considerations. For more details on shipping
rates to these regions, please contact our customer service team.

  • Free - free standard UK delivery available on orders of £200 and over
  • £8 - next working day delivery (orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday)
  • £12 - Saturday delivery (orders placed before 2pm on Friday)

Working days are Monday to Friday only and exclude UK national holidays.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We cannot be held
responsible for delays to services.

Orders placed before 2pm
on a Friday for next day delivery will be delivered on the following Monday
(subject to national holidays)

Orders placed after 2pm
on a Friday for next day delivery will be processed on the following Monday for
delivery on the Tuesday (subject to national holidays)
